This is a call out to all graduating students to send Mrs. Johnston an email with the following... your favourite St. Mike's memory, some words of wisdom for all St. Michael students, and your destination come September. Normally we would ask you this information at school, however, we are hoping you can all respond to Ms. Johnston via email. We are putting together something that will be posted online and used at grad, so please make sure it is appropriate. Thanks so much graduates, we think of you daily!! Kristi.email@example.com

Dear CDSBEO Families of Grade 12 Students, We hope this communication finds you well during these unprecedented times. As we approach prom and graduation season, we have received several inquiries about proms or similar end of year school activities. We have received communication from our local Chief Medical Officers of Health, and their public health perspective given that we are still seeing a growing number of COVID-19 cases in our region, is that they will not permit proms to take place. Therefore, it is with great disappointment that proms for the 2019-2020 school year are cancelled. CDSBEO will continue to follow the direction of our Chief Medical Officers of Health regarding graduation ceremonies. However, should restrictions be lifted before the end of the school year to an extent that it would be deemed safe to hold events such as graduations, this will be communicated to you in advance for planning purposes. We pray for all our CDSBEO families and ask you to continue practicing safe social/physical distancing. God bless you and stay safe,
