Each semester parents can expect:
- a preliminary report (should be signed and returned)
- a mid-term report
- a formal interview opportunity
- a final report
Outside of these specified communications, parents may contact a teacher at any point during the semester for an informal telephone or personal interview through the main office's secretarial staff (613-258-7232). Parents can expect teachers to contact home directly to discuss students who are experiencing academic or behavioural difficulties. Our school policy dictates that e-mail is not an acceptable venue of communication regarding student progress.
